Thanks to our new in/out box system putting our Bear Nibbles cards to good use we learned about Galileo Galilei over breakfast this morning. I pulled out and read the card about him and we watched three short videos about him on YouTube while the kids ate.

It was nice to listen to Whizz connect what he was learning about with what he already knows. The main achievement was giving some historical context to where theories about astronomy came from and what people used to believe before that.
